Haus Wendenschloß (Umbaukonzept)

Für die historische Backsteinvilla aus den 1920er-Jahren an der Dahme wurde ein umfassendes Umbaukonzept entwickelt, das bis zur Einreichung des Bauantrags ausgearbeitet wurde. Ziel ist die Transformation der bestehenden Villa in ein luxuriöses Anwesen mit rund 700 Quadratmetern Wohnfläche. Dabei wird der Charakter der historischen Architektur bewahrt und mit einem futuristischen Designkonzept verbunden.
For the historic 1920s brick villa on the Dahme, a comprehensive conversion concept was developed and worked out up to the submission of the building application. The aim is to transform the existing villa into a luxurious estate with around 700 square metres of living space, preserving the character of the historic architecture while combining it with a futuristic design concept.
