DDR Motorrad Museum Rochstraße

Das in die Jahre gekommene DDR Motorrad Museum wurde im Rahmen einer Konzeptstudie neu gedacht und gestalterisch überarbeitet. Im Mittelpunkt stehen eine Schauwerkstatt sowie die Präsentation historischer Motorräder. Raumhohe Regalwände inszenieren die Fahrzeuge als zentrale Ausstellungselemente. Ein großzügiger Museumsshop befindet sich am Ausgang der Ausstellung.
The ageing GDR Motorcycle Museum was rethought and redesigned as part of a concept study. At its centre are a display workshop and the presentation of historic motorcycles. Floor-to-ceiling shelving walls stage the vehicles as central exhibition elements. A generous museum shop is located at the exhibition’s exit.
