Berlin Floragärten

Das Grundstück umfasst gut 23 Hektar und war 2010 eines der größten Wohnbauprojekte in Berlin. Vom Entwicklungsbeginn 2010 bis zur Fertigstellung der letzten der 276 Miet- und Eigentumswohnungen in 2015 sind gut 36.000 qm Wohnfläche entstanden. Drei Architektenbüros durften das Quartier mitgestalten und so ihren Beitrag zu einem sehr schönen Areal an der Westgrenze von Berlin-Pankow leisten.
The site covers a good 23 hectares and was one of the largest residential development projects in Berlin in 2010. From the start of development in 2010 to the completion of the last of the 276 rental and owner-occupied apartments in 2015, a good 36,000 square meters of living space were created. Three architectural firms were allowed to help design the neighborhood and thus set a very beautiful area on the western border of Berlin-Pankow.
